PT Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver personalized, high-touch service to build lasting client relationships and represent the Ralph Lauren lifestyle. They leverage product knowledge, clienteling and digital tools to drive individual and team sales while upholding store standards. This part-time role supports store initiatives and provides a pathway to future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge.
• Drive individual sales and support the team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools, including Polo connect, to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors, participate in talent sourcing and contribute to team training.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store and community initiatives.
• Adapt customer service approach for remote and in-person interactions while prioritizing the customer experience.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills and comfort using digital selling tools.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
