Responsibilities

• Provide confident, honest styling advice and help customers select pieces that complement their wardrobe.
• Create and maintain customer relationships through in-store interactions, appointments, follow-ups, and digital outreach (text, social media, Nordstrom apps).
• Drive sales through appointment setting, outreach, and event participation to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to keep the selling environment organized, presentable, and customer-focused.
• Sell across departments to broaden customer exposure to merchandise and support store needs.

• Comfortable selling across departments and price points with strong styling and wardrobe knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build a personal client base through appointments and networking.
