Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital channels.
• Build and grow customer relationships and a repeat client base.
• Provide honest, confident feedback on style and fit and offer personalized styling.
• Use networking and technology (text, social media) to drive sales and follow-up.
• Fill orders, receive and stock merchandise, re-merchandise displays, and perform price markdowns.
• Open customer rewards accounts and assist with loyalty program enrollment.
• Maintain department organization and light cleaning to ensure a customer-ready environment.
