PT Sales Ambassador

Summary

As a Sales Ambassador, you will curate exceptional client experiences on the sales floor by delivering personalized styling, leveraging product knowledge, and building lasting customer relationships. You will support the store in achieving sales goals through clienteling, outreach, and use of digital CRM tools. This role is an entry point for development into management within the company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding needs and providing tailored product recommendations and styling.
• Drive individual and team sales performance by meeting KPIs and contributing to monthly and quarterly targets.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data, perform outreach, and support clienteling initiatives.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to maintain customer-centric behaviors and support team success.
• Maintain store visual standards, participate in store initiatives, training, and talent sourcing activities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty, high-volume, or high-profile retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends and to adapt customer interactions for in-person or remote needs.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM platforms preferred.
