PT Sales Ambassador

Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional customer service on the sales floor, curating personalized styling recommendations and building lasting client relationships to drive sales. This part-time retail role supports store goals through clienteling, product knowledge, and use of digital tools. The Sales Ambassador also coaches peers, maintains visual standards, and participates in store initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer service and styling recommendations to meet client needs.
• Drive individual sales by meeting or exceeding KPIs and contributing to team sales plans.
• Strategize personal business growth through wardrobing, outreach, and digital clienteling.
• Utilize CRM tools like Polo Connect to capture customer data and support follow-up.
• Coach and provide guidance to Brand Ambassadors to promote customer-centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store and community initiatives, training, and talent sourcing.
• Adapt product presentation and service for both in-person and remote customers.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate a register and remain standing, walking, and moving for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and navigate the sales floor, stock/dressing room, and office areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
