Part Time Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized fashion and styling guidance.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and customer engagement objectives, and contribute to store sales plans.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and educate them about available programs and offerings.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, support replenishment and floor sets, and complete opening and closing tasks.
• Maintain visual standards, participate in training, and share product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
