Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while meeting individual sales objectives. This customer-focused role supports store standards, sales plans, and a positive, inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with product, fashion, and styling questions.
• Meet or exceed individual performance indicators and contribute to sales plans.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor, back-of-house, and visual standards.
• Support operational activities, including floor sets, replenishment, and opening and closing responsibilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
