Summary

The Retail Sales Associate supports the Home Department by providing personalized service and helping customers find products that suit their needs. This variable-schedule role includes in-store and digital selling, customer relationship building, and maintaining a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Develop product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, complete price markdowns, and keep the department clean.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts and work flexibly across departments as needed.
