The Part Time Sales Professional drives full price sales, builds client relationships through outreach and virtual selling, and represents the brand with professionalism and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide personalized styling and product recommendations to exceed sales targets.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through customer correspondence and outreach, including virtual selling and use of store technology.
• Support merchandising, inventory tasks, special events, and perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Stay informed on product, brand history, and industry trends to deliver an elevated in-store experience.

Requirements

• Relevant retail or selling experience preferred with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and point-of-sale systems; familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, operate register, lift up to 30 lbs., and use ladders as trained.
• Organized, customer-focused, proactive mindset and passion for the brand; additional languages are a plus.
