Payroll Manager

As a Payroll Manager, you will oversee the bi-weekly payroll process for US and Canada, acting as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries. You will ensure compliance with payroll audit controls and manage HR/Payroll projects to support the company's business needs. Your role will include overseeing HR/Payroll system maintenance and ensuring compliance with state and federal payroll regulations.

• Process and submit bi-weekly payroll for US and Canada employees.
• Calculate and manage monthly sales commission payments.
• Handle payroll items such as terminations, taxes, garnishments, benefits, and deductions.
• Stay updated on payroll law changes and advise management on compliance actions.
• Produce accrual and liability reports for monthly and year-end closings.
• Prepare and file regulatory reports for state and federal compliance.
• Conduct general ledger reconciliation for 401k and Payroll.
• Collaborate with LVMH Shared Services for payroll documentation and processing.
• Partner with the Finance team for payroll-related requests and reporting.
• Audit W2 reports and Form 1095-C for US employees.
• Conduct periodic payroll audits and participate in ad-hoc projects.

• 5-7 years of HR and Payroll experience with payroll software.
• Experience with a retail population preferred.
• International and Domestic Payroll experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with knowledge of payroll taxation laws.
• Proficient in Excel and experience with payroll systems.
• US work authorization required.
