Summary

Provides support to Personal Shoppers by assisting clients with appointments, styling, and in-store services. Works closely with the personal shopping team to deliver elevated customer experiences and maintain accurate client records. Acts as a liaison between clients and store resources to ensure seamless service and timely follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client appointments, fittings, and private styling sessions
• Prepare merchandise and curated selections for appointments
• Maintain client records, notes, and follow-up communications
• Support sales floor activities including styling, merchandising, and transaction support

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail or client-facing experience, preferably in styling or personal shopping
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Familiarity with POS systems and clienteling tools
