Seasonal Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, customer-first service to create an inspiring shopping experience and support store sales goals. The role focuses on client engagement, driving business through omnichannel tools, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by focusing on the customer and building clientele
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Use omnichannel tools and alternative purchasing processes (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) and digital product discovery methods
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and provide feedback to management on opportunities

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Able to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
