Shoe Expeditor - Century City

Summary

Supports the shoe department by preparing and delivering merchandise to the sales floor, assisting customers with fittings, and ensuring stock is organized and accurately presented. Works closely with sales associates and stockroom staff to expedite requests and maintain inventory flow. This part-time role is based in the Century City store and focuses on maintaining a smooth customer and inventory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage shoe merchandise for the sales floor, including unpacking, tagging, and sizing.
• Deliver requested footwear to associates and customers promptly and accurately.
• Assist customers with fittings and product selection when needed.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and replenish floor displays to company standards.
• Follow loss-prevention and store safety procedures while operating sales floor equipment.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented with basic inventory, stocking, and merchandising abilities.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail or footwear experience preferred.
