Personal Stylist Support - Men's Apparel

Summary

Provide customer service support within the men's apparel department by assisting salespeople with merchandising and fitting room preparation while maintaining department presentation and contributing to team goals.

Responsibilities

• Support salesperson through all aspects of the selling process
• Set up customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by salesperson
• Perform daily department maintenance tasks
• Complete stock work and remerchandising
• Maintain displays and execute price markdowns
• Handle merchandise transfers and light cleaning
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
• Strong organizational skills and follow through
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks
• Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and fine hand manipulation
• Ability to lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
