Personalization Associate

As a Personalization Associate at Holt Renfrew, you will work closely with clients to customize luxury items through illustration, painting, or engraving. You will be part of a dynamic team, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining high technical standards.

• Consult with clients to determine the scope of work and provide expert guidance on the end result.
• Complete customization work to the highest technical standard and prepare vector files for engraving equipment.
• Deliver completed projects on or before the promised date and partner with Sales Associates to ensure client satisfaction.
• Inform the manager of supply requirements or equipment repair needs and assist in maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements.

• Illustrator or artist with knowledge of vector files as an asset.
• Artist portfolio required.
• Ability to communicate comfortably and clearly in English and/or French.
