SummaryThe Portfolio Execution and Enablement Lead will play a critical role in driving transparency, governance, and value realization across the Next Gen Transformation (NGT) portfolio. This role supports the orchestration of multiple high-impact transformation programs by implementing best-in-class portfolio management practices, maintaining centralized tools and reporting, and enabling decision-making at the executive level.
Responsibilities- Support end-to-end portfolio management for NGT, ensuring accurate tracking of program progress, interdependencies, risks, and value delivery.
- Maintain and enhance portfolio-level tools and dashboards to ensure alignment with transformation goals.
- Coordinate with program leads and workstream owners to collect updates and ensure consistency in reporting across initiatives.
- Drive adherence to governance standards and facilitate cadence for portfolio reviews, steering committees, and executive reporting.
- Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Support financial tracking efforts, including budgets, forecasts, and actuals, in partnership with Finance and PMO.
- Act as a key liaison between Finance, Technology, and Business Units to ensure integrated planning and alignment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of portfolio management frameworks, processes, and templates.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in portfolio management, PMO, or transformation support roles.
- Strong familiarity with portfolio governance, reporting frameworks, and value realization methodologies.
- Experience with project/portfolio management tools such as Smartsheet, Clarity, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives and executive-ready insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or enterprise change initiatives.
- Knowledge of financial planning, capital management, or benefits tracking.
