Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance portfolio-level tools and dashboards to ensure alignment with transformation goals.
  • Coordinate with program leads and workstream owners to collect updates and ensure consistency in reporting across initiatives.
  • Drive adherence to governance standards and facilitate cadence for portfolio reviews, steering committees, and executive reporting.

  • Support financial tracking efforts, including budgets, forecasts, and actuals, in partnership with Finance and PMO.
  • Act as a key liaison between Finance, Technology, and Business Units to ensure integrated planning and alignment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of portfolio management frameworks, processes, and templates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.

  • Strong familiarity with portfolio governance, reporting frameworks, and value realization methodologies.
  • Experience with project/portfolio management tools such as Smartsheet, Clarity, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives and executive-ready insights.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or enterprise change initiatives.
