SummaryAs the Producer, Brand Partnerships, you will be responsible for the creative and logistical production of branded content projects for the Brand Partnership team. Your role will involve ideation and coordination of photo and video shoots, ensuring smooth project execution, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities- Manage content productions from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and planning all creative components.
- Conceptualize, commission, and direct shoots based on project KPIs, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with production partners to source locations, permits, equipment, and crew for shoots.
- Balance budgets for various projects, negotiate rates, track spending, and manage invoices.
- Coordinate product logistics for shoots and manage all associated contracts and agreements.
- Develop and manage branded content projects, including campaign implementation and client communication.
- Create and manage partner contracts and develop social copy and content amplification units.
- Publish social assets and manage brand partnership events from pre-sale to post-event reporting.
- Monitor and track program performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage execution of brand partnership audience surveys and ensure a positive client experience.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience producing digital content and activations.
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience as a creative lead working with various creative professionals.
- Ability to provide and receive clear and actionable creative feedback.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to delegate and prioritize effectively.
- Global network of reliable and professional creatives and production professionals.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Canva, Monday.com, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Frame.io, and Figma is a plus.
