Responsibilities- Assist in updating a comprehensive marketing calendar outlining key campaigns, events, promotions, and content updates.
- Support with tracking and ensuring timely execution of all calendar activities.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to align efforts with the calendar.
- Utilize content brief to ensure campaigns are executed according to business objectives and goals.
- Collect and incorporate feedback from various departments to optimize campaigns.
- Verify that all scheduled content aligns with the approved creative by testing both in stage and production for all regions and on all devices.
- Coordinate with teams to correct any content or promo-related issues found on the site.
- Generate ContentSquare zonings for monthly campaigns and review results with the NA business team.
- Organize and manage files, reports, and other documentation for easy access.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
- 1+ years experience in eCommerce and/or website management including working with Marketplaces.
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to support cross-functional teams engaged in supporting the direct online channel, including sales, marketing, customer support, IT, product, and engineering.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under deadlines, and work independently.
