Product Management Manager, Luxury Shoes And Leathergoods

Summary

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for footwear and leather goods from concept through commercialization and bulk production. Partner across design, development, sourcing, technical design, and planning to deliver commercially viable, on-time, brand-right products while balancing quality, cost, lead time, and margin objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage product lifecycle, seasonal calendars, samples, production readiness, and commercialization milestones.
• Maintain product data in PLM systems, including bills of materials, costing, construction details, specifications, and product attributes.
• Coordinate material development, vendor relationships, sample reviews, approvals, and resolution of quality, cost, and delivery risks.
• Support e-commerce product information, production allocation, capacity planning, invoice processing, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing product lifecycle from concept through commercialization and bulk production.
• Strong knowledge of footwear and leather goods construction, materials, manufacturing processes, and product development timelines.
• Experience with sample milestones, production handoff, PLM systems, product data, costing, and margin considerations.
• Excellent project management, organization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
