Summary

This manager leads the product lifecycle for Polo Women's apparel, from design concept through production delivery. The role oversees product development, manufacturing operations, cost management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver products that meet quality, pricing, and timeline objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development, tech packs, specifications, prototypes, lab dips, and product lifecycle approvals.
• Lead production planning, capacity allocation, sourcing, seasonal timelines, and on-time delivery coordination.
• Manage costing, cost engineering, cost analysis, and supplier negotiations.
• Coordinate samples, purchase orders, showroom deadlines, and production approvals while monitoring quality and vendor performance.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and process improvement initiatives, mentor team members, and coordinate raw material liability management.

Requirements

• Expertise in the end-to-end product lifecycle from development through production.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and sourcing operations, cost engineering, and financial analysis.
• Experience with quality assurance, vendor relationships, and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong international coordination, communication, sustainability, innovation, and team mentoring skills.
