Summary
The Product Manager leads product marketing and lifecycle management for the Love & Celebration category, developing roadmaps aligned with brand strategy, business objectives, and regional insights. The role drives product positioning, pricing, forecasting, and 360-degree launch activation for the luxury bridal and diamond client. This position follows a hybrid schedule with four days in-office and one day remote each week.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine multi-year product roadmaps, conduct market and competitive analysis, and identify opportunities in the bridal category.
- Define target customers, product naming, positioning, and storytelling, and collaborate across design, sales merchandising, marketing, demand planning, and supply chain.
- Develop forecasts and pricing strategies, leveraging diamond valuation expertise and monitoring sales, margins, and portfolio performance.
- Manage product development and lifecycle from ideation through launch, including briefs, specifications, costs, sourcing, production, packaging, and milestones.
- Lead launch activation and oversee local execution of global plans, including training, selling rituals, communications, and client experience.
- Mentor a Specialist and foster collaboration and professional development across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- At least 7 years of product and marketing experience, with specialized expertise in the diamond and bridal category and 360 activations.
- Deep understanding of the bridal client journey, purchase drivers, selling rituals, Individually Registered diamonds, diamond valuation, jewelry design, materials, and manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Luxury goods or jewelry industry experience and familiarity with PLM tools are preferred.
