Product Management Manager, Purple Label

Summary

The Product Management Manager supports the integrity of Purple Label products from sample through bulk production. The role works across design, merchandising, technical design, sourcing, factories, and mills to advance seasonal priorities and maintain alignment across product milestones.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain seasonal product records and communicate updates to cross-functional teams.
• Track KPIs, lead times, development activities, store delivery, production status, shipments, and delivery milestones.
• Partner with Product Testing to confirm products meet design execution and product standards.
• Maintain accurate development and production costs and communicate updates to relevant teams.
• Identify and escalate risks involving delays, cost changes, or material availability and support solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing and product development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams, adapt quickly, and maintain attention to detail.
