Project Leader, Optimization Team

Summary

The Project Leader, Optimization Team develops and delivers education and learning materials for Galleries, Outlets, Customer Delight and Home Delivery Centers to elevate the client experience. This role partners cross functionally to design product and onboarding education, selling tools and communications that reflect brand standards and best practices. The position requires strong project management, content creation skills and experience with design tools.

Responsibilities

• Create product and onboarding education that is intuitive and practice oriented
• Develop engaging learning programs for continued education
• Design and develop selling tools to support customer interactions
• Publish and compose communications regarding product education and customer experience initiatives
• Act as an advocate for field teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Collaborate with cross functional partners and business leaders
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in education learning or training development roles
• Experience in luxury retail or customer facing roles preferred
• Demonstrated expertise creating and delivering effective learning content
• Proficiency in Canva InDesign and Photoshop preferred
• Proven experience working cross functionally with stakeholders and field teams
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and content or graphic design ability
