Project Leader

Summary

Lead optimization projects across cross functional teams to improve processes and systems. Own project delivery from planning through execution while partnering with stakeholders to define scope and measure impact. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage optimization projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate cross functional stakeholders and project teams.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet objectives.
• Communicate status updates and risks to leadership.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Implement change management practices to ensure adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant project or program experience.
• Proven experience managing cross functional projects.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
