Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized and inspiring shopping experience on the sales floor, focusing on customer connection and driving daily sales. This entry-level retail role supports store vision and company initiatives while building a clientele and representing the brand. Ambassadors use in-store and digital tools to broaden product discovery and alternative paths to purchase.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Deliver consistent brand-aligned customer experiences and support store vision
• Utilize "More Ways to Shop" technologies and alternative purchasing processes (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home)
• Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on opportunities
• Maintain sales floor standards and assist with product discovery tools like QR codes and digital catalogs

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships
• Ability to stand, walk and maneuver on the sales floor, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
