Pt Sales Ambassador

Summary

As a Sales Ambassador, you will create exceptional client experiences by showcasing product knowledge, delivering personalized styling, and building lasting customer relationships. You will drive sales through proactive clienteling, use of digital tools, and by meeting individual performance metrics. This role is an entry point for future management opportunities within the store team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual sales performance and contribute to store sales plans and KPIs (SPH, data capture, etc.).
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to uphold customer-centric behaviors and brand standards.
• Maintain store visual standards and support merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and hiring/networking for talent.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty or high-volume retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and climb moderately.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Familiarity with digital selling tools and CRM platforms preferred.
