Pt Sales Ambassador

Summary

As a Sales Ambassador you will create exceptional client experiences on the sales floor by delivering personalized styling recommendations and building lasting customer relationships. You will drive individual sales performance through active clienteling, product knowledge, and use of digital tools. This role supports store operations and is an entry point for future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by assessing needs and offering tailored product and styling suggestions.
• Drive sales and meet individual KPIs through outreach, comprehensive wardrobing, and leveraging digital clienteling tools.
• Utilize CRM to capture meaningful customer data and support clienteling initiatives.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to enhance customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Support store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store and community initiatives and collaborate with the team to achieve sales plans.
• Balance multiple tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren customer experience.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate the register and remain on your feet, walk, and move for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing when needed.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital sales tools and CRM platforms preferred.
