Pt Sales Ambassador

Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional customer service on the sales floor by building lasting client relationships, offering personalized styling, and leveraging digital tools to drive business. This role supports team sales goals, coaches colleagues, and maintains visual and operational standards. The position requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends and can lead to future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding, product-informed customer service and personalized styling recommendations
• Drive individual and team sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors
• Maintain store visual standards and support merchandising and presentation
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, training, and talent sourcing

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfort working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Experience using digital sales tools and CRM preferred
