Style Advisor - CrossIron Mills

Summary

Full‑time Style Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury menswear service at the CrossIron Mills store. Build and develop a loyal clientele through personal sales and holistic selling, preparing for appointments and presenting curated merchandise. Support store merchandising activities and use technology to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales and develop repeat clientele through relationship building and tailored service
• Prepare for appointments by selecting merchandise and creating opportunities for add‑on sales
• Educate clients on loyalty program benefits and follow up on alterations, fittings, and dedicated appointments
• Participate in merchandising, visual standards, and store maintenance
• Use provided resources and technology to generate new business and manage client communications

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment
• Experience across departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made‑to‑measure preferred
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and driving repeat business
• Ability to work effectively as part of a store team and willingness to participate in ongoing training
• Comfort using retail technology to support customer service and sales activities
