Selling Specialist - Sephora/Ulta - Chinook

Summary

The Selling Specialist provides sales and education support across an assigned territory of Sephora and Ulta stores in Calgary. The role focuses on achieving daily sales goals, supporting in‑store events, building strong relationships with store teams, and ensuring Fresh merchandising standards are met. The position requires travel between store locations and flexibility for weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales goals (SPH and ROI) in assigned stores throughout the territory.
• Assist the Sales and Education Executive in planning and executing in‑store events to drive ROI and event sales.
• Establish and maintain strong sales relationships with Sephora/Ulta beauty advisors, store leadership, and district managers.
• Provide service and support to store teams and clients while onsite.
• Ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps, and displays meet merchandising standards and report issues to the executive.
• Maintain a regular store call cycle, manage schedule and travel, submit hours weekly, and communicate daily sales, out‑of‑stock, and merchandising challenges.

Requirements

• Beauty industry experience required.
• Availability Thursday–Sunday (weekend availability required).
• Experience in a Sephora/Ulta environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach to engaging potential clients and promoting the brand.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel within the assigned territory.
