Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary service to all customers and exceed sales and service targets
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition, development, and retention
• Attend product knowledge and vendor educational sessions
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks
• Communicate with clients via phone, mail, and electronic channels regarding events, merchandise, and follow-ups
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate to selling management when needed
• Comply with health & safety, privacy, and cyber security policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within a team
• Ability to use social media and multiple technology channels to promote personal brand and drive client engagement
• Broad product knowledge across merchandise categories and awareness of current fashion trends
