Receiving Support Associate - Ala Moana

Summary

The Receiving Support Associate assists with the receipt, processing, and staging of incoming merchandise at the store. This role ensures inventory accuracy, inspects shipments for quality and quantity, and prepares product for the sales floor or storage. The associate works with the store receiving team to maintain efficient operations and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Verify counts, labels, and documentation and report discrepancies.
• Process ticketing, tagging, and routing of merchandise to appropriate locations.
• Operate pallet jacks and other receiving equipment safely.
• Support inventory control tasks and cycle counts as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise up to standard retail limits.
• Previous receiving, stock, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tasks.
• Comfort working on your feet and performing repetitive tasks.
• Availability for a part-time schedule including weekends and mornings as needed.
