Receiving Support Associate

Summary

Support store receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations. Help process merchandise, fulfill customer orders, and ensure packages are prepared according to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts and locate items for customer orders.
• Pack merchandise for shipment and support returns, price changes, damages, and other logistical initiatives.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor and support the store during high-volume events.
• Use store technology and equipment to complete daily tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to changing priorities.
• Flexible availability for retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
