Receiving Support Associate

Summary

The Receiving Support Associate supports store logistics, merchandise receiving, and fulfillment operations. The role helps ensure merchandise and customer orders are processed accurately and according to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts and pick items from the selling floor and stock rooms for fulfillment.
• Pack merchandise for shipment and complete logistics tasks, including returns to vendors, price changes, and damage processing.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor, use store technology, and support the store during high-volume events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
