Receiving Support Associate - Chestnut Hill

Summary

The Receiving Support Associate helps manage daily store logistics, merchandise receiving, and fulfillment. The role supports accurate processing of merchandise and timely completion of customer orders and store initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Locate and pick merchandise from the sales floor and stockrooms for fulfillment orders.
• Pack customer orders using established policies and techniques.
• Support returns to vendors, price changes, damages, markdowns, and other logistics initiatives.
• Welcome customers on the sales floor, use store technology, and support major store events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use handheld equipment and computers, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
