Summary

Part-time Receiving Support Associate responsible for assisting with inbound shipments, processing merchandise, and maintaining stockroom organization at the Chestnut Hill location. The role focuses on accurate receipt, staging, and preparation of inventory for sales floor replenishment. This position works closely with store leadership and the operations team to support efficient store flow.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
• Process and log merchandise into inventory systems
• Sort, label, and stage products for sales floor placement
• Maintain organized and clean stockroom areas
• Assist with transfers and returns processing
• Collaborate with store and receiving teams on inventory discrepancies
• Follow loss prevention and safety procedures during receiving

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or warehouse receiving experience
• Basic computer skills for inventory system entry
• Ability to lift and move merchandise repeatedly throughout a shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work part-time schedules including weekends and holidays
