Receiving Support Associate - Fashion Valley

Summary

Supports store logistics and fulfillment operations, including processing new merchandise receipts, fulfilling customer orders, and preparing shipments. Works collaboratively and accurately to help ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Pick merchandise from the sales floor and stockrooms for fulfillment orders.
• Pack shipments using approved techniques and policies.
• Support returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistical initiatives.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and support store events.
• Use handheld equipment, computers, and other store technology.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, adapt to changing priorities, and work a flexible retail schedule.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
