Receiving Support Associate - Fashion Valley

Summary

Supports the store’s receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations. Processes merchandise and customer orders while helping maintain efficient store operations and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Locate and pick merchandise from the selling floor and stockrooms for fulfillment.
• Pack orders to ensure merchandise arrives in excellent condition.
• Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistics initiatives.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor and support the store during major events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapt to changing priorities, and use technology.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
