Receiving Support Associate - North Michigan

Summary

Part-time role supporting receiving operations at a flagship store on North Michigan Avenue. The position assists with inbound shipments, inventory intake, and storage to ensure merchandise is processed accurately and efficiently. Works closely with store operations and stock teams to maintain receiving areas and support floor replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Process and log merchandise into inventory systems
• Sort and route products to appropriate departments or storage
• Unload trucks and move merchandise safely using equipment
• Maintain organized and clean receiving and backroom areas
• Assist with stock replenishment on the sales floor as needed
• Coordinate with store teams to resolve discrepancies
• Follow company procedures for handling returns and transfers

Requirements

• Previous retail receiving or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise safely
• Basic inventory and record keeping skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work a part-time schedule including weekends or evenings
• Follows safety procedures and store policies
