Receiving Support Associate - Short Hills

Summary

Part-time role supporting receiving operations at the Short Hills store including processing incoming shipments, inspecting merchandise, and organizing stockrooms to maintain inventory accuracy and flow.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
• Unload merchandise and transport items to appropriate areas
• Sort, tag, and prepare merchandise for distribution to sales floor or storage
• Maintain organized and safe stockroom and receiving areas
• Update inventory records and communicate discrepancies to management
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Operate material handling equipment safely when required

Requirements

• Prior experience in receiving, stockroom, or warehouse operations preferred
• Ability to lift and move merchandise safely
• Basic inventory and recordkeeping skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a part-time schedule
