Receiving Support Associate - Soho

Summary

The Receiving Support Associate is responsible for processing incoming merchandise and supporting backroom operations at the Soho store. The role includes unloading and verifying shipments, preparing product for the sales floor or storage, and maintaining an organized work area. This is a part-time position that requires flexibility for evenings and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for quantity and condition.
• Record receipts and update inventory using handheld scanners and store systems.
• Move merchandise to the sales floor, stockroom, or staging areas and prepare items for restock.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe backroom; follow loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts, replenishment, and ad-hoc stock tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Prior receiving, stock, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math skills, attention to detail, and accuracy when processing shipments.
• Availability for a part-time schedule including evenings and weekends.
