Receiving Support Associate - Willowbrook

Summary

Part time role supporting receiving operations at the Willowbrook mall location. The position involves assisting with inbound shipments, organizing stockroom inventory, and ensuring accurate processing of received merchandise to maintain store availability and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
• Unpack merchandise and verify counts against packing lists
• Label and organize stockroom inventory for easy retrieval
• Process transfers and prepare items for the sales floor
• Maintain clean and safe receiving and storage areas
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed
• Coordinate with store team to prioritize and stage incoming product

Requirements

• Previous retail receiving or stockroom experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move merchandise safely
• Basic math and inventory tracking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy when processing shipments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Available to work a part time schedule including weekends and holidays
