The Corporate Recruiter will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, focusing on screening, interviewing, and hiring practices to drive company growth. This position requires collaboration with HR Business Partners and corporate leaders to develop a candidate pipeline strategy and enhance the employment brand.

• Partner with Human Resources Business Partner and leadership to understand talent needs.
• Provide strategic methodologies for recruiting top talent.
• Conduct full cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates and screening talent.
• Build leadership pipeline for future roles.
• Explore new technologies and practices for sourcing top talent.
• Enhance recruitment opportunities through social media and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate on staffing strategies for volume hiring and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct recruitment market research for new positions.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Tiffany's history and culture.

• 3-5+ years of high volume, professional recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of business trends and talent acquisition best practices.
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
• Client-service orientation and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Excellent technical skills and knowledge of applicant tracking technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
