Summary

Provide personalized registry guidance to customers on the sales floor, helping clients create and manage wedding and gift registries. Recommend products across departments and ensure a high level of customer service throughout the registry process. Maintain registry records, displays, and follow-up communications to support sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to design and build registries tailored to their needs and budgets.
• Demonstrate and recommend products across home, fashion, and gift categories.
• Maintain registry database, manage follow-up communications, and process registry transactions.
• Set up and maintain registry displays and ensure accurate inventory and records.
• Collaborate with the store sales team to achieve registry and sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using point-of-sale and registry systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
