Summary

Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale and on the sales floor by assisting customers with purchases, returns, and inquiries while maintaining a polished sales environment. Support store operations including order fulfillment and pick-up and promote store programs and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone with sales, returns and other transactions at checkout
• Deliver friendly knowledgeable service and listen to customer needs
• Maintain the cash wrap and sales floor by straightening restocking and light cleaning
• Support order fulfillment and order pick-up processes
• Share information about store events gift cards and rewards programs
• Stay current on fashion trends and product knowledge to advise customers
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
