• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Open new customer reward accounts to build loyalty
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep it customer-ready
• Stay current with beauty trends and product knowledge through training
