Summary

Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating lasting client relationships through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and effective use of digital tools. This role supports store performance, coaches brand ambassadors, and contributes to visual standards and community initiatives. The position requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends and may lead to future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling recommendations and exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales by meeting individual and team goals and utilizing key performance indicators.
• Support and coach Brand Ambassadors to enhance customer centric behaviors.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture customer data and support clienteling efforts.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and company policies.
• Assist in sourcing and networking to find top talent for the store.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty retail or high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock areas, and dressing rooms.
• Experience using digital sales tools and CRM preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
