Summary

Provide customer service at checkout and on the sales floor, helping customers with transactions and purchase decisions. Support store operations by keeping areas organized and assisting with fulfillment and order pickup.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with sales, returns, and other transactions in person and by phone.
• Keep the cash wrap and sales floor organized, clean, and stocked.
• Share information about fashion trends, products, events, gift cards, and rewards.
• Support order fulfillment, order pickup, and other store areas as needed.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, use computers, and learn new applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting items up to 25 pounds.
