Summary

Seasonal sales team members help customers find and purchase products in-store and digitally. They build customer relationships, provide styling and fit guidance, and work toward sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships and provide attentive service, style advice, and product knowledge.
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Encourage customers to open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and work flexibly across departments as needed.
