Summary

Provide friendly, efficient point of sale service and sales floor support in a busy fashion retail environment. Assist customers with purchases, returns and inquiries while maintaining an organized and inviting sales area. Support order fulfillment and pick up as needed and stay informed on current fashion trends and store programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout processing sales and returns
• Answer customer questions over the phone and in person
• Maintain the cash wrap area and sales floor by restocking and light cleaning
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up operations
• Share information about store programs and gift cards
• Listen to customer needs and recommend products
• Work collaboratively with team members to keep the department runway ready
